Certification and Technical Training

Employees receive training specific to their employment roles. The training process at Qaumajuq Environmental is hands-on. Instructors or management must demonstrate tasks before asking a new employee or student to perform them while training. Employees must, in turn, demonstrate the knowledge before being deemed competent.

Baseline Studies

This is the systematic process used to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of a proposed project, policy, or plan before it is implemented. EA ensures that decision-makers consider environmental consequences alongside social, economic, and technical factors.
